Pune : MIM Lok Sabha applicant Anis Sundke has declared that a memorial to Tipu Sultan will be website in-built Pune.
Reacting to this, BJP City Unit President Dheeraj Ghate explained, “We won't enable the memorial being developed on Pune’s land less than any instances. We will lodge a police grievance On this regard.”

Ghate explained, “The BJP strongly opposes the proposed memorial to Tipu Sultan. He tortured the Hindus. Sundke is trying to travel a wedge concerning two communities by elevating the memorial situation over the elections. a lot of people tried to celebrate the delivery anniversary of Tipu Sultan. The BJP vehemently opposed it. We won’t let this to occur at any Value.”
Ghate explained, “Pune is named a cultural centre. quite a few historic personalities were being linked to it. Tipu Sultan wasn't an awesome leader. He killed 1000s of Hindu men and ladies. Hindutva outfits will never enable the memorial to return up. We are going to approach the police. It is an try to polarise votes. The BJP strongly condemns this.”
